You know that feeling you get when you find something that you didn’t even know you had? I love that feeling! It’s like when you pull out last year’s spring jacket and find ten bucks in the pocket. Or when you’re going through old photos and find a picture that revokes some random memory of your childhood that you completely forgot. Or when you get hired to shoot a wedding and then you find out that the bride is actually a cousin you’ve never met. Don’t you just love that feeling? Oh wait. Maybe that last one doesn’t really happen to everyone! But it happened to me! So, this beautiful bride that you are about to see is actually my beautiful cousin (once removed if you want to get all nit-picky about it). As it turns out, Stacey’s grandma and my mom are sisters. I grew up knowing my aunt and uncle and some of the kids, but never met Stacey until she hired us! It’s crazy how the world works sometimes and how it can feel so big and so small all at once. I guess some things are just meant to be…
And do you know what else is meant to be? Stacey & Liam, of course! These two are truly meant to be. Stacey is a little bit wild, a little bit colorful and sweet as sugar. Liam is a little bit serious, a little bit playful and a lot in love with Stacey. What more could anyone want? Hmmm… maybe a surprise filled Irish wedding on a perfect, beautiful, sun-drenched day? Yep, they had that, too! What a beautiful start to a beautiful future together. Congratulations Stacey & Liam!
